Proposed Constitution Changes
Over the past 18 months, the Gliding Australia Board has been considering important changes to the Articles of Association that have resulted in a revised Proposed Constitution that will modernise and improve management practices and efficiencies. The purpose of the EGM is to seek Member support for these proposed changes. the Motion that will be put is:
MOTION: That the Proposed Constitution Version 5.0 be approved with implementation at the next AGM in 2023.

It is important that all members carefully consider the matter and the Board requests that you take the time to properly consider the attached paper and to ask any questions.
The meeting will be conducted via Zoom and to vote at the EGM you must register your intention to attend the meeting below.
If you can’t attend the EGM please appoint a proxy who can vote on your behalf using this form. Your Proxy Voting Form must be received by the Secretary no later than Monday 14th November 2022.
