Team Coach

I am excited to be supporting the Australian team for the Narromine WGC as team coach. What a great team we have, all working together for the best result possible. With the huge depth of experience and pilots at the top of their performance we are expecting great results on home ground.I’ll be drawing on my experience and knowledge to support the pilots to achieve success.

I’m a flying instructor and performance coach, and the Gliding Australia national coaching manager. With my own flying I’m 11 times national champion and have competed in 5 world gliding championships, with the best place bronze medal in Italy. I was previously the team coach for the Australian team in Germany for the 2011 WGC.

It’ll be a change watching the action from the ground, but with a great team it should be fun and rewarding. Here’s to a safe and fair competition for all, and of course our pilots finishing at the top.
