NEEDED: Team Captains World Gliding Championship Germany (Open,18m,15m) July, and France (Club, Std, 20m ) August 2020

All good teams require excellent Team Captains. The GFA Soaring Development Panel invites expressions of interest from two enthusiastic members to act as Team Captains for the Australian Team for the World Gliding Championships in Germany and France.
The roles require self-starters with excellent organisational skills, an ability to work in an unsupervised and sometimes high-pressure environment. The applicants should have good communication skills and be able to work well within a team environment.

Ideal candidates are those who have had involvement at World Championships as a Team Captain, or as crew of a competing pilot.

Team Captains are provided funding to assist with expenses.
