Airworthiness Service Difficulty Reporting 

Please use this form to create a Service Difficulty Report.  You may save this data and complete it before sending it to the Gliding Australia.

Please remember your Attachments.  They must be added when you send the report.  They are not retained with a saved report, and since the Saved report is not sent to Gliding Australia, there is no value in adding them at the "Save" stage.

Please submit any images or documents images separately to ema@glidingaustralia.org.

If you want to submit the report to the Airworthiness Team, select SEND.  

Once the report is Sent to the Gliding Australia, you will not be able to edit it directly.  Any future changes, images or supplementary information should be sent to the Executive Manager Airworthiness at ema@glidingaustralia.org and he will do the editing.
