Annual Inspection (Form 2) Online Return

Please use this form to return your completed Annual Inspection documents.

Enter the Maintenance Release number associated with this Inspection (use either numbers only, or Pxxxx if it is a powered sailplane maintenance release) and then click the Send Button.  You will then be able to enter some further details and upload the checklist documents.  Please only upload the checklist pages, not the entire Form 2 kit as it is too large.

If you have a need to identify any defects, please do that separately via an Aircraft Defect Report.
